Birmingham multifamily opportunities
Hi everyone,
I am coming up on my last year of college, and I am looking to buy an investment property before I graduate (spring 2026). I will be working in finance in NYC after school, so I won't have time to oversee much rehab at all. I am looking for a property that's as turnkey as possible and multi-family (duplex or triplex). Birmingham is the city I am currently exploring, and I'd love to connect with investor-friendly real estate agents to get this process started.
