I’m a landlord myself and got tired of screenshotting texts, keeping old tenant text threads just in case, and mixing tenant messages with personal ones. It made staying organized difficult, and I didn’t like sharing my personal number with tenants.

I tried Google Voice, but it wasn’t built for property management. It’s hard to export from and lacks structure for organizing messages by tenant and property.
