Offering upto Double ROI short term
I have friend closing a large transaction, allocated at least $40,000 to me, (as I had helped handle some carrying costs prior). I am offering a very good return for anyone wanting to advance me, and my income will also guarantee principle. Ideally I am looking for a quick helper on a personal level, then as a longer term, someone doing the bird dogging for secured real estate deals for me to collaborate as perhaps JV investor or flipping a property to me.
