Dead Rodent removal

Hi BP, Any recommendations on a reputable exterminator or pest removal company in Boston (Charlestown)? One that will remove dead rodents from walls, under foundations, ect...?

I have a first floor condo rented out, that had some rodent issues over the winter, which we've been able to control using Yankee Pest. We believe there's a dead rodent under the foundation or in a wall, which was their access point, due to a fly infestation. Yankee doesn't cut through walls or floors, why I'm looking for an alternative.

Any direction on a company that will cut through walls / floors to remove rodents? And any ideas on how to control fly infestation? (besides the typical traps, ect..).

Appreciate the insights.

Chris
