What are some of your goals? Do you have something specific that you're looking to accomplish?

Do you have any experience in sales/lead generation, construction, marketing, etc?

Most mentors have systems and processes already in motion and would prefer a mentee who can assist and/or add value.

That said, if you don't already have valuable experience, you've come to the right place! BP has great resources for newer investors.
