Newbie Looking for Mentor
Hi everyone!
My name is Carol, and I’m excited to take the leap into real estate investing finally. I’m based in the DFW area and have been learning about different investment strategies, but I know there’s no substitute for real-world experience and insight from those who’ve been there.
At this time, I plan to pursue real estate investing while continuing my full-time job, so I’m especially interested in learning how to start smart, make the most of my time, and build momentum efficiently.
I’m looking to connect with experienced investors or a mentor who wouldn’t mind sharing advice or letting me shadow them to learn the ropes. I’m eager to add value however I can – whether that’s helping with research, boots-on-the-ground tasks during evenings or weekends, or just lending a hand wherever needed.
