I’m a salesperson looking in learning how to build relationships, negotiating, and closing deals—skills that I know can transfer well into real estate investing. I've been doing a lot of learning through podcasts, books, and the forums here, but I'm now at the point where I’m looking to take real action.

That said, I’m hoping to connect with experienced investors who might be open to mentoring or letting me bring value in exchange for learning opportunities. Whether it's helping you analyze deals, manage leads, or anything sales-related—I'm eager to contribute
