I need help looking for tenants
I'm renting out my small 2Bed 1Bath spot for 2200$ a month. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with finding tenants,i'm a 26 year old guy who very recently became a homeowner. I own a triplex here in LA and i'm also looking to expand my portfolio. Thank you guys.
