Real Estate Attorney needed Comal County TX
I have a listing in Comal County Texas that is on a major intersection and has deed restrictions from 1984 that prohibit any other use than a residential. It is connected to 13 undeveloped acres that is currently owned by a major retailer and the best used case for this property would be commercial.
I’m looking for a real estate attorney who can help remove the deed restrictions so we can proceed with the closing of the property which was marketed as commercial.
