Asking for Agent and Lender Recommendations for Austin, TX House Hack

Michael Maddalon
Posted

Hi everyone! My name is Mike Maddalon, and I work in software sales for IBM. I am moving from Dallas, TX, to Austin, TX, sometime before November 2025, and I'm looking to buy my first property. I'm searching for a house hack with 2 units (duplex or ADU). Does anyone have recommendations for investment real estate agents or lenders? Thank you!

Congratulations.....your BP lender is right here in DFW and can assist you in Austin.

@Andrew Postell   They normally have a great combination of low fees and great rates, but what really counts is Andrew's experience as both a lender and investor.  I consider his advice sound and solid...and he is a super nice guy.
