Recommendations for LAIC (Local Agent In Charge)?

Hello - out of state investor in Cleveland here.  We are looking for recommendations on vendors or individuals who are offering local agent in charge services.  Our PM company, like many others we talked to, are unable/unwilling to serve as the LAIC, so we need to find someone on the ground to take on that role.
