studio unit bulk sale - lakefront condo hotel in Upstate SC
I work with a real estate developer looking to offer a bulk purchase of some remaining studio units in a condo hotel that opened in 2020 on Lake Hartwell across from Clemson University. Is this the best place to post info to get it in front of investors? Units have great rental history and the hotel is very popular, has an in-house restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub, fitness center, banquet facilities.
