Looking for a structural engineer

I have a duplex in East Nashville. I am working on adding stairs inside of my duplex. I am seeking a structural engineer who can help me figure out where to place the stairs. I already have a GC who is ready to file the permit and start the work, but he needs this in one input from a structural engineer. I have reached out to a number of structural engineers, but haven't found one that is available and this keeps delaying the overall project.

Are there any structural engineers in this forum that are able to jump in and help? Time is of the essence, so if you are available this week, that would be greatly appreciated.
