Hey everyone! I am looking for brokers to help me acquire a self storage facility. I am a career firefighter in Boston, and my partner is in custom fabrication in Northwest Indiana. We are looking to invest in the vicinity of Indiana, Western Ohio, and Southern Michigan. We're looking for sub $800k with a generally old school management currently in place. Essentially, we're looking for something relatively small in a tertiary market where big players aren't looking to purchase. Looking forward to any connections we can make on here!
