Looking for Wholesaling Mentorship!

Hi all,

I am looking for someone to assist me with my first deal or 2 just so I can get a feel for it. I have a real estate background and have been intrigued to jump into the wholesaling realm, just wanting someone to guide me through the steps. I have been watching youtube videos and doing my research on it so I get the gist, just would like someone's expertise and/or guidance. I am willing to pay a cut of any deals we do to make up for your time. Thanks!
