Hello. Im Mathew, I flip houses and I am looking to get connected with wholesalers to acquire off-market deals.

Purchase Price: I generally like to keep my purchase prices under $1M. If there is a great deal in a prime location, would be willing to go above $1M.

Locations of Preference: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Bernadino County.

Residential Type: Looking for single family homes. Condos, townhomes, and detached houses.
