Introducing (yet another) data tool
Hey BiggerPockets community,
Been around the forums commenting on data trends and posting charts, excited to finally share the real thing.
I started building this a few years ago to analyze markets for myself. Needed to find regions that fit some criteria, then compare them visually -- but could not find a tool that did both well. One thing led to another and it became Property Forecast.
What it does now:
- Search, filter, and rank any US region (metros, counties, zip codes)
- Compare markets side-by-side
- Visualize historical trends and live data
- Track markets and custom reports
