Refinancing for non conforming condos in florida

Does anyone know a mortgage company or credit union in Florida that will do a heloc or refinance for a non conforming condo?  I just bought a condo in September in Florida and I am looking to refinance or do a heloc.

Hey Dean!

Yes non-warrantable is pretty common especially in Florida, you could do either a refinance or HELOC regardless if it is primary residence or investment property just depends on what you're looking to do specifically as to which might make more sense
