We're a seasoned real estate investment company with strong deal flow and repeat closings - large portfolio of doors across North & South Carolina and scaling fast.

We're actively seeking a DSCR or private lender that:

• Funds rural properties (small towns, country settings, non-metro)
• Handles loan amounts as low as $50K-$75K
• Works with single-family, duplexes, and manufactured homes
• Offers cash-out refi & purchase options
• Quick closings (2-3 weeks)
• Works in both NC & SC

Our typical deals are low LTV (70-75%), strong positive cash flow

We're looking to build ongoing relationships - not one-off deals - and can bring consistent monthly volume if your terms are competitive and turnaround times are solid.
