Looking for a credit partner to fulfill a JV partnership in building out a portfolio
We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a credit partner in a real estate joint venture focused on acquiring, refinancing, and holding income-producing residential and small multifamily properties. This is an opportunity to participate as a member in a structured real estate partnership alongside an experienced operating partner.
The ideal candidate will allow the partnership to leverage their credit profile to secure financing, in exchange for ownership equity and profit participation.
All investments and operations will be managed through a legally established joint venture entity with full transparency and formal documentation.
Responsibilities:

Participate as a passive or semi-passive credit partner in portfolio financing.

Allow use of credit to qualify for investment loans under the joint venture entity.

Optionally assist in review or oversight of JV financial activities (if desired).

Maintain communication and compliance with lender requirements as applicable.
Qualifications:

Minimum credit score of 720 or higher.

Stable financial background (current income preferred but not required).

No recent bankruptcies, foreclosures, or major derogatory marks.

Integrity, reliability, and professionalism are essential.

Interest in long-term wealth-building through real estate.
Compensation / Partnership Structure:

Profit sharing through LLC ownership interest (typically 50/50 split).

All properties acquired will be held within the JV entity with clear legal documentation.
