Looking for funding
Hello my name is Axel. My girlfriend and I are getting into real estate. We are wanting to find a partner to help fund our first property. We know for sure we want to house hack. We are looking for a duplex for the first property, but it has been tricky finding some.
andother thing we were thinking was a flip property, we would love in the property while we do our reavations and afterwards flip it. I am a blue collar worker and would be hands on with a lot of reavations. I dabble in all kinds or trades.
