Lender needed for modular, owner-builder, STR
We are experienced investors who have built modular homes before. We have a decent LTR and STR portfolio and are full time investors. We have no W2 income. We are looking for a lender who can quickly finance a deal on owned land. We are going to GC the project.

We own a clone of this house in the same town and have STR income of roughly $165k gross.
