ISO 3rd Position Heloc
Are there any lenders that will take a 3rd position HELOC on a primary residence? We don't want to refi any of the current loans because 1st is 2.75% and 2nd is 4% and both have <10 years left. However we have approximately 100k in equity that we would like to borrow against. I have applied with several lenders that have all said they will not take a 3rd position.
