Rehab Contractor Needed
I have 3 vacant rental properties in Cleveland that that I am ready to sell. All 3 need to be rehabbed and freshened up for sale. These are B/C neighborhoods and I’m not looking for anything crazy as far as the work goes. Just enough to bring them up to marketable standards for a new family.
Does anyone have a contractor that they like (and trust) for this type of work?
