Heloc on investment property in md
Hi guys I have a rental that is 100% paied off i wanted to know if anyone knows a lender in md that would do a heloc on on investment propertys. I tried all the larger banks near me and my credit union. No luck. Goal is to use the some of the heloc money to dump large amounts on my other rental should beable to pay that off in 4 years.
