Vendor Recommendations Needed (Orlando/Kissimmee)

Hi all

I am making re-entering the Orlando/Kissimmee market for both full and limited service management options.  I had previously managed there but stopped about 2 years ago.  I want a clean start for vendors (I was not really previous impressed).  I have an urgent need for HVAC and Roofing, but also welcome plumbing, electrical, pest control, pool service, lawn service, handymen and cleaners.  Thank you all!
