Mixed use downtown Cleveland
Looking for a partner or private lender on a mixed-use commercial building in a strong pocket of downtown Cleveland. It’s a 10,000 sq ft property with a bar, a couple office spaces, and a boarding-house setup upstairs that I’m converting into studio apartments.
Property is currently bringing in right around $10K/month as-is, with a ton of upside once the studios are finished out. The area is seeing a lot of new development and reinvestment, so I’m trying to lock in the right capital partner now instead of waiting until it’s fully stabilized.
I’m open to different structures — equity, a debt position, or a hybrid — just depends on the person and what they’re looking for. I’ve done a lot of these value-add projects and I’m hands-on with construction, leasing, and management.
