Looking for commercial lender

Looking for commercial or private lender for a multi family portfolio purchase in western Wisconsin. 6-7 million. Any out there that offer 80% ltv and 25 year AM? Please reach out.

Lenders capable of placing $6–$7M are sophisticated and they'll require a clear takeout strategy. Given today's lending climate, 80% LTV is highly unlikely. Particularly where renovations are involved and you're debt coverage ratio is only 1.2%. If the deal is strong and there's a clear, compelling story, you'll have a much better chance raising LP equity than trying to force leverage the lenders won't provide.
