Looking for commercial lender

Looking for commercial or private lender for a multi family portfolio purchase in western Wisconsin. 6-7 million. Any out there that offer 80% ltv and 25 year AM? Please reach out.

80% LTV on a stabilized $6–7M MF portfolio is doable, but you'll probably have to talk to regional portfolio banks or credit unions in WI/MN. National lenders have been tightening their leverage the last 12–18 months.

If you've got strong DSCR and solid ops, message me and I can point you to a couple groups that actually closed for us
