Hi all. My name's Eric. Currently, I have a few properties in my portfolio. Two long term rentals, an STR, and an apartment in Spain I rent out. My goal for the near future is to work full time as a real estate investor, grow my portfolio, and diversify until the cashflow is enough to be financially free.
