I live in Sevierville Tennessee. Over the last few years I’ve constantly been looking for good proepties to buy. I own a landscaping business which mostly services short term rentals. The owners of one of these properties are debating on selling. The price is amazing for the location. Overall it’s in great shape but needs a few things done to be fantastic.
