Third Year Student Seeking Internship

Hi everyone,

My name is Landon Harazin, and although I've been an avid listener of the BiggerPockets podcasts, I’m excited to have finally set up an account and join the community! I am a current third year at Michigan Technological University pursuing a degree in Finance & Accounting. I have had two previous internships in the manufacturing industry and today I am exploring opportunities in real estate.

The current goal is to obtain a summer internship in real estate services—whether that’s property management, brokerage, investment analysis, or development—all these are beneficial. I intend to own investment properties one day, so gaining hands-on experience, contributing to a team, and deepening my understanding of the industry through an internship seems to be a great course of action right now.

I’m looking forward to connecting with fellow members, sharing ideas, and hopefully finding a mentor and internship opportunity through this amazing network. If you have any advice or pointers, feel free to respond and I'll take a look!
