Local Investor Friendly Banking

Hello BP Team,

I will be investing in the Memphis, TN market and am looking for a local, investor-friendly Credit Union or Bank. I already have a hard money lender that I will be using for acquisition and rehab. What I would like to find is a portfolio lender that is located in Memphis that I can have checking and savings accounts with, and also does DSCR financing from 15-30 year terms.
