Contractors in GSO

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a house near Greentree / Holden Farms area in need of some repairs (hoping to run a BRRRR). Here is a rough idea of what we want to get done:
- Roof (unsure of scope)

- Carpet

- HVAC (unsure of scope)

- Lots of painting and cleaning

Would appreciate any positive / negative referrals on any contractors / subcontractors you've had experience with!
