BuySide Alerts--- New tool for buyer agent ( free through 6/30/26)

I am a real estate broker, over 30 years in business. MY company has 60 plus agents and this past year I built a tool for my agents called it BuySide Alerts, essentially it provides the buyer and the agent with notifications of upcoming deadlines. Some agents had sticky notes on the computers, others had messages in the google calenders and some just trusted they would remember.. This tool fixed all that and creates a much better client experience. It is so simple to use, you just enter a buyers name and email, property address, date of contract and settlement and answer 2  or 3 other questions. That's it the system does the rest. It also sends out based on the property address, a nice welcome to the area email with important info on the area they are moving to, uses Ai to build that. very cool.
