Upstate Tiny Home Showroom

I am looking for a partner aka investor to help me open a tiny home showroom in Fulton, NY.  I represent about 12 different builders.  I tried to apply for a SBA loan, but since I need $500k for everything I was denied.  Most of the funds would be going towards the tiny homes.  I want between 5 or 6 different units that would only be show models.  My city already passed my application being an indoor showroom.  I can share my business plan and the breakdown of funding.
