Wrapping up the week strong
This week was a reminder of something I’ve learned over and over in off-market acquisitions:
You don’t need 50 leads , you need the right 5.
Between qualifying sellers, running numbers, and talking to investors, here are my main takeaways from this week:
✅ 1 seller who said “no” on Monday turned into a solid lead by Thursday , consistency wins.
✅ 2 investors tightened their buy box and suddenly 3 potential deals made sense.
✅ Quality > quantity. Always.
