Seeking to Partner with Direct Micro-Lenders
A while back I posted on here that we, as an NMLS-licensed mortgage company, we seeking small, independent DIRECT LENDERS for deals below $50,000. While I enjoy meeting new people and brokers, I was inundated with messages from brokers. We're currently not set up to do deals below $75K and I was hoping to meet direct private lenders...maybe individuals lending from their IRA...to send those smaller deals through. We currently can't take care of those micro-loan clients. I hope that didn't come across rude, but we're hoping to find a handful of reliable private lenders that could benefit having a licensed, experienced mortgage company to send them vetted deals. We would like to be able to service some of these business-purpose "micro-loan" requests. We're simply not equipped for it. If you are, indeed, a small, private, direct lender that might have interest in chatting, I very much look forward to that.
