Preferred Tech Stack for MF Portfolio?
Hi all, I'm working with a multifamily portfolio of 6 buildings throughout SoCal (~350 units, class B, single owner) and trying to understand what sort of tech owners have used to streamline their operations - core PMS, accounting, reporting, payroll, marketing, etc. Any feedback would be appreciated!
