Private Lender for Mobile Home/RV Lot Improvement
I'm Shema. I consult on land buying, but my goal is to transition into building and owning multiple mobile home/RV rental lots. This lot which is a third of an acre in Polk County Texas, will be my first project towards that vision.
It's in a promising area - under 10 minutes from HEB, also around 10 minutes from dollar general. There's schools nearby, animal feed store for those who are into a bit of homesteading, a public park and there's a successful RV park nearby as well as an RV shop. It's a great location for someone who wants to be near lake Livingston without staying at a crowded, tightly spaced park.
I've done the pricing and will be able to have the lot "move in ready" with 35k possibly less (number includes the land price and utility setup as well as couple added amenities for additional appeal.
I'm looking for:
Funding for land purchase and setup
Ability to use the land as collateral
Clear and simple terms as I am new to the lending world in business
