Hello everyone,

My name is Paul Lee Jr. and I'm a new investor in the Pennsylvania and Delaware area. I'm reaching out to the community for some help with my first property in Pennsylvania area. Looking for recommendations for reliable, high quality general contractors that work in Delaware County area, specifically Chester, PA.

If you're a real estate investor or contractor who has worked with someone you trust or a GC yourself, I'd really appreciate any referrals. I'm especially interested in contractors who are experienced with investment properties, renovations, and value-add projects, but I'm open to all suggestions.
