Hi BP community — I’m a landlord in the Green Bay area and am looking for recommendations for an independent leasing agent or small/boutique broker who works with furnished mid-term rentals (60+ days).

I have a small portfolio of fully furnished units that cater to medical professionals, executives, traveling professionals, and longer-stay tenants. Units range from 1–4 bedrooms and include:

• Astor Park units: walkable to hospitals, parks, trails, and local amenities. 1–2 bedroom furnished apartments with utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking included.
• Hobart single-family home: large 4-bedroom, flexible occupancy (full home or rooms), modern amenities, private lot, utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking included.
• Historic Astor Park home: 3–4 bedrooms, updated yet retains original charm, private backyard, fully furnished, utilities, and Wi-Fi included.

Lease Term:

2–9 months (flexible)

Compensation:

Flat fee per signed lease — paid upon lease execution (exact amount negotiable with agent)
