Looking to remotely shadow/ partner with someone
Hello everyone. My name is Atlas and I am just beginning my real estate career. After reading through a mound of books and talking with a few people that have garnered success in the same way, I am confident that I’d like more than anything to begin now.
That being said, I am searching not for a mentor but just for some advice and things to consider when starting out. Maybe to shadow someone from start to finish on a deal in exchange for me taking care of administrative actions that will save you time.
