My name is Luis Morales, and I’m actively seeking a long-term career in the real estate industry—not just a job.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked remotely from Mexico for U.S.-based real estate companies in California. My experience includes three years in property management and several years in real estate brokerage. Throughout this time, I’ve focused on efficiency, organization, and delivering real value to the business.

My experience includes:

Application screening (leasing support)

Handling maintenance requests and work orders

CRM management and system organization

Automating workflows and improving internal processes, including using Zapier and Google Workspace for follow-up automations and integrations with tools like JotForm

Implementing tools to enhance efficiency and scalability

I recently stepped away from my previous role due to serious family matters that required my full attention. That situation has now been resolved, and I’m fully focused on moving forward and committing to the right opportunity.

I’m highly committed, disciplined, and self-aware. I take ownership of my role and treat the company I work for as if it were my own. My goal is to create value, help your business grow, and build a real career—not just hop from role to role.

I’m based in Mexico and fully transparent about that—but I’m flexible and open to different ways of moving forward if there’s a mutual fit.
