Hello everyone, I wanted to post that I am selling one of my properties in Shell Lake Wisconsin, Its a Beautiful small resort town. It is a 13 unit complex with the ability to increase to 18 units. Cap rate right now is about 7% and with adding 5 more units to the existing building the Cap rate would be at about 9%.  It has great rental history and is fully leased, very low vacancy.  I just listed it for $1,250.000.00
