Quick question for active investors:
What’s been your biggest bottleneck lately when it comes to closing more deals?
Is it:
• finding enough motivated sellers
• lead quality vs quantity
• follow-up consistency
• or having plenty of leads but not enough time to work them properly?
I’m seeing a lot of investors who have buyers, capital, and experience, but still struggle to keep a predictable deal flow, especially in competitive markets.
