I do demo, debris, and junk removal and I just finished a whole house clean out yesterday, the owner is from New York a he wants out of the Atlanta market. The house is in the Norris Lake area of Snellville, GA. It's a 3 level, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 1800 sqft single family home. From what I could clearly see it needs interior and exterior  paint, a kitchen renovation and all the bathrooms need renovating. I'm not a flipper or a wholesaler so he wanted me to see if I could find an investor that would give him 180k or he will give it to a real estate agent in 2 weeks. Zillow  has it valued at 295k. Let me know if you are interested.  Tim
