ISO Property Manager Reccomendation

Hi eveyone -

i am an out of state investor, currently with 7 units in the Pittsburgh Metro (spread from Avalon/Ross down to Turtle Creek and Clairton).

My current property manager has decided to leave the business, and, as such, i am looking for my next PM. A few preferred services:

1. Project management - my current portfolio has been acquired through the BRRRR method, and i would like to continue the snowball.

2. Section 8 - several of my properties have county voucher holders in them. This is a model i like and would like to continue.

I have spoken with a few companies, but would like to heat others experiences/reccomendations before move the portfolio over.

Thank you in adavce
