Jumping in with Rent to Retirement- Let's Go!

Eric Noegel
Posted

My experience with Rent to Retirement was well-executed and professionally managed. I ended up jumping with with 2 properties in San Antonio and 2 in Tuscaloosa. Matthew and the team communicated clearly and kept the transaction moving efficiently from contract through closing. Several due-diligence items related to the roof, grading, and water pressure were identified and resolved prior to close, which reduced risk and strengthened confidence in the asset. The underwriting assumptions were also consistent with my final financing. Overall, a solid execution and a firm I would recommend to other investors.

@Eric Noegel thanks for sharing your experience!  It's great to hear you acquired 4 properties in a couple of excellent markets.  Do you mind sharing what the RTR incentives were that you received and how you ended up using them (cash back, rate buy down, or price reduction)?  I think many investors have a hard time determining which is the best approach to use with RTR incentives and why.

We look forward to helping you scale your portfolio in the future  Congrats on the success so far!
