Can anyone help with a platform built for generating leads?

Hello everyone,I am a developer and I have been working lately on building a lead generation platform (market valuation + skip tracing + sms). I need a few wholesalers or realtors to check out the landing page and tell me if I am missing anything, if I need to implement any feature to make it more user-friendly or effective.I won't take much of your time, I just need 10 minutes from a few people.

Honest feedback - do NOT waste your time on this. There are TONS of those platforms out there. This industry doesn't need more of them. Trust me on that. Instead, come up with something that is missing.

That's a bit different than what I am working on.I made a landing page where visitors can put in their address and get a cash valuation for that property (you advertise the landing page on facebook/google). They can fill in their phone number or not, it is optional. Then the backend sends that address to a skip tracing service and returns the owner name, mobile phone number, landline. The SMS system automatically sends them a delayed SMS.This is for cheap lead generation, you get the contact details of people who are interested in how much their property is worth. That is why I needed some opinions, I am trying to add the final touches.

The database is a simple google sheet. Everything can be managed via a menu in Slack. Tell me if you want to check it out and share an opinion.

There are many providing the tools, as you said, but at exhorbitant prices (my take). Many have to pay for their website 100$/month, (plus 300-700$ the initial setup fee). Then they have to pay for the CRMs, they have to pay for the analytics platforms, the lead generation platforms. Many bills/month. I know cases that had to pay 200$ in subscription plus 5$ per each lead for an instant cash offer platform.

I am making something that would only be subscription based and only the API costs for the lead ($0.17-0.30).

It is very mobile friendly (the database is google sheets, control and notifications via Slack, Telegram, notifications via email as well), you have complete control over the platform's functionalities (enable/disable skip tracing, AI SMS, AI prompt for the sms, SMS delay, webhooks for CRMs, controling the logic behind the instant cash offer and many other things). I do have a 7 minute walkthrough on youtube for an older version (I implemented AI for the SMS and SMS delay, webhooks for the CRMs in the meantime).

I also do plan to integrate analytics and to offer free monthly hosting for websites that I would build as long as the subscription for the lead generation platform is active. And the costs for the analytics would be pennies, just the API costs.

I do consider this to be fairly new on the market.

Right now I am using property radar. I'm just not 100% sure what I am doing once I find a place. Hopefully this thread gets some attention.
