Hi everyone, I'm looking at investing in a multi family (either 2 - 4 unit in the Phoenix (maybe) or other metro city in Arizona.

I'm interested in a property management company that can handle both STR and LTR.

If you have recommendations for a reputable company, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you.

Just be aware that under Arizona law, property management may only be performed by a licensed realtor. LTR this is par for the course, however STRs can be tricky. There are methods to legally navigate the law to ensure the STR is managed within the law. Just be aware, as I discovered this when I moved here.

In Arizona, property management for others requires a real estate broker’s license, as established under A.R.S. § 32-2121 and managed under A.R.S. § 32-2173. Specifically, managing, leasing, or renting real estate for compensation requires a licensed broker or an authorized licensee working under a broker.
